APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Sandy

Sammie was the first person here that I met and spoke to regarding making a decision to live here. She was a wonderful person and manager, but is no longer here due to new owners. But, the new management is wonderful! I am now a resident here thanks to the new manager Lauren and assistant manager Taylor. They have been wonderful!!! So many improvements are being done and the interior of the buildings are kept spotless. Jesus is the nicest most wonderful maintenance man and will help you in any way possible. I've lived in many other apartments and this is the nicest in every way ❤️ PLEASE DON'T BELIEVE some of the recent reviews stating that our manager, Lauren, doesn't do anything about any problems that may arise. She has all of the resident's best interest and safety at heart. The people who post these UNTRUE and discussing reviews should actually find out the truth regarding what actions are and have been taken legally to correct any issues. Lauren doesn't deserve to have any horrible lies posted about her! I have lived in other apartment complexes and had other managers who could care less about their residents.....but, I'm soooo very thankful to have Lauren as a manager here. Some of the residents that have lived here for a lengthy period of time all day that Lauren is the best thing that has ever happened here and I and they absolutely love her! So PLEASE disregard any stupid and UNTRUE posts regarding her or this complex 💗

The maintenance man is clean, Sharp, on the ball, friendly and Quickly responds when called.

Big shout out to the management staff and the maintenance department. They are very kind and do a great job. Lauren, thanks again for all your help.

The first time I did this and it disappeared with only one star. I re-did this with 5 stars. I hope no one has the same problem. Everything is going great.

Helpful staff, the grounds are kept nice. The building lobbies are welcoming. My apartment is good, everything works. Thank you

This is a great engaging community. It is close to grocery stores and other services. Managment has made serval positive changes to keep residents safe and rent affordable.

My mother was meant to move from Florida to Sandy and another apt building fell through last minute so we contacted Silver Pines. They have been AMAZING from the first visit to their office! They answered every question and helped us get my mother in as soon as possible! Samie and her team have been phenomenal and made us feel like family! I’m so happy we found Silver Pines! The residents we’ve met so far seem awesome as well!

I stopped by a couple of years ago inquiring for my mother-in-law. Ultimately, my MIL decided not to move to Utah. I recall the interior of Silver Pines being dated, but clean. The residents were delightful. They were having a gathering on the 2nd floor and everyone was friendly and complimentary. I remember thinking it was a lovely community. Fast forward to yesterday. I stopped by again, but this time for myself. Samie remembered me and she greeted me with her same bubbly personality. The office assistant, Shyann, is lovely, as well, and she gave me a warm welcome. I noticed the common areas have been updated since my last visit. They've done a nice job. All 3 times I've stopped in at Silver Pines 1) The office staff were present and attentive... I share this because I noted a couple of people have shared otherwise. In fact, when I dropped in yesterday, Samie and Shyann were in the main area assisting one of the residents. 2) Silver Pines is quiet and peaceful 3) It is located in a beautiful area of Sandy close to a grocery store, shopping, a library, a recreation center... It's within walking distance or a short drive to many community amenities. 4) The property is adjacent to a beautiful and paved walking path. I haven't decided if I will reside at Silver Pines because I'm weighing all options - but if I do, I know my heart will be at peace with my decision.
