Lauren and Jazzy are ten star managers. They are knowledgeable, professional and very kind and understanding. I've had horrible apartment managers and maintenance issues in the past; so, I am so pleased to be residing here. The grounds are well maintained, very safe and maintenance is top notch. If you choose to move here, you will not be disappointed as I have nothing negative to report about the apartments or management.

Our manager, Lauren, is a light in our lives. She works hard to provide us with new activities, and she also keeps up with our old favorites, like our BINGO group. It’s been going strong for over 10 years, and we completely wore out our original set of game cards! Lauren worked with her boss to get us a brand-new set, and we appreciate her care, time, and effort. So I came to look at apartments and I had full 2 days.so I made silver pines my 4gh place. Talking on the phone with a awesome manger is always good Laureen was amazing after talking with her telling Laureen what I would like. Bam she goes come on first apartment she shows me Bam! I want it so that whole I was stood up by manger a no show the other they really nice but the manger there how do I say this. Well let's say I would of had a better talk with a palm tree ok. U get what im saying not Laureen she was very very proactive Jazzy is the nicest man I ever met I mean these two cape crusaders are no joke there the reason im living here product knowledge 100% no lies stand up. And im very happy they were so nice to my dog. Then we can not leave Bat man & Robin out the Maintence Duo these cape crusaders dont say nothing they come in with a list of thing I requested the next day very very nice and they get it done I have lived in a lot of places over the past 50 years and im not going to lie this place is the best bar none. And to make me happy is not easy so with no more to say to the most amazing team keep on rocking guys and gal dont change your amazing ❤️ John Barnaba

Lauren and Jazzy are great. They're incredibly helpful. I've seen this place make a huge turnaround l, ever since they took over. Couldn't be happier :)
