So I came to look at apartments and I had full 2 days.so I made silver pines my 4gh place. Talking on the phone with a awesome manger is always good Laureen was amazing after talking with her telling Laureen what I would like. Bam she goes come on first apartment she shows me Bam! I want it so that whole I was stood up by manger a no show the other they really nice but the manger there how do I say this. Well let's say I would of had a better talk with a palm tree ok. U get what im saying not Laureen she was very very proactive Jazzy is the nicest man I ever met I mean these two cape crusaders are no joke there the reason im living here product knowledge 100% no lies stand up. And im very happy they were so nice to my dog. Then we can not leave Bat man & Robin out the Maintence Duo these cape crusaders dont say nothing they come in with a list of thing I requested the next day very very nice and they get it done I have lived in a lot of places over the past 50 years and im not going to lie this place is the best bar none. I moved in September 2024. Lauren was not the manager at that time. AMC took over the property whom Lauren works for. What a difference! For the good. LAUREN is what I consider a very caring person. She's authentic, personable, and caring and good at her job. I was in the property management industry for 27yrs. I have worked with many PMs in that time. Did not find many with the qualities that Lauren has. AMC is lucky to have her. TY AMC for bringing her here. Jazzy and Jesus are also top notch (terrific). KUDOS!!

The people who post these UNTRUE and discussing reviews should actually find out the truth regarding what actions are and have been taken legally to correct any issues. Lauren doesn't deserve to have any horrible lies posted about her! I have lived in other apartment complexes and had other managers who could care less about their residents.....but, I'm soooo very thankful to have Lauren as a manager here. Some of the residents that have lived here for a lengthy period of time all day that Lauren is the best thing that has ever happened here and I and they absolutely love her! So PLEASE disregard any stupid and UNTRUE posts regarding her or this complex 💗

My mother was meant to move from Florida to Sandy and another apt building fell through last minute so we contacted Silver Pines. They have been AMAZING from the first visit to their office! They answered every question and helped us get my mother in as soon as possible! Samie and her team have been phenomenal and made us feel like family! I’m so happy we found Silver Pines! I stopped by a couple of years ago inquiring for my mother-in-law. Ultimately, my MIL decided not to move to Utah. I recall the interior of Silver Pines being dated, but clean. The residents were delightful. They were having a gathering on the 2nd floor and everyone was friendly and complimentary. I remember thinking it was a lovely community. Fast forward to yesterday. I stopped by again, but this time for myself. Samie remembered me and she greeted me with her same bubbly personality. The office assistant, Shyann, is lovely, as well, and she gave me a warm welcome. I noticed the common areas have been updated since my last visit. They've done a nice job. All 3 times I've stopped in at Silver Pines 1) The office staff were present and attentive... I share this because I noted a couple of people have shared otherwise. In fact, when I dropped in yesterday, Samie and Shyann were in the main area assisting one of the residents. 2) Silver Pines is quiet and peaceful 3) It is located in a beautiful area of Sandy close to a grocery store, shopping, a library, a recreation center... It's within walking distance or a short drive to many community amenities. 4) The property is adjacent to a beautiful and paved walking path. I haven't decided if I will reside at Silver Pines because I'm weighing all options - but if I do, I know my heart will be at peace with my decision.

I have a relative living at Silver Pines and, overall, I believe it's a great place for seniors to live. The apartments are fairly basic but well maintained. The office staff is really friendly and always listens to any concern you might have. The buildings are secured and safe. Each apartment is assigned one covered parking spot, which is great when it's stormy or in the hot part of the summer. Floors 2 and 3 are accessed by elevator or through stairwells for seniors who are fit enough. The grounds are impeccably kept and there is a nice walking trail adjacent to the property. The only reason I give Silver Pines a 4-star rating instead of 5, is that there is no resident manager who lives on-site to help with non-maintenance emergencies overnight, i.e., "I've fallen and I can't get up." Many 55+ communities have emergency cords located in the bathrooms just for this type of situation. But it is important to keep in mind that this is a 55+ community, not assisted living. I recommend it highly for a large segment of seniors. My relative is very happy and comfortable there.

Great place to live. Quite, friendly, great staff. Reasonably priced and fun activities. They take care of maintenance quickly. Moved here about 10 months ago. Had to go to the hospital right after I moved in. Staff and residents were super nice and helpful to myself and my aide. Close to trax, stores, library, and rec center. Pet friendly.
