We want to give an excellent rating to Jesus our Maintenance man. He works really hard to keep everyone who resides here happy with their apartment. Also, a great job the Management does taking care of everyone here. Thanks to all of them! Especially Jesus!

I was just looking around for apartments for a family member and Lauren gave me all the information I needed and more! She was very helpful and very kind!

Such a welcoming community. The manager is extremely nice and helpful.

I am a new tenant here and I’m very happy with the service and compassion that Taylor, Lauren, Jesus & Ronnie provided to me! Taylor was my intial contact and she treated me with kindness and she was very knowledge and provided me with all the information I needed to find my perfect apartment! I met Lauren the next time I went into the office and she’s an amazing addition to your apartment complex! Both Taylor & Lauren assisted me to find my dream home and they were both amazing to work with! Jesus & Ronnie fixed my repairs very quickly and they’re always around to help tenants when needed! I’m blessed & grateful to be living here!!

Lauren was a joy to work with and answered all of my questions. Jesus has been quick and responsive for all of my maintenance request.

I called to see if they had any 3 bedrooms and I spoke with Lauren. Let me just tell you she was so knowledgeable and kind I would’ve rented if they had them available.

Sammie was the first person here that I met and spoke to regarding making a decision to live here. She was a wonderful person and manager, but is no longer here due to new owners. But, the new management is wonderful! I am now a resident here thanks to the new manager Lauren and assistant manager Taylor. They have been wonderful!!! So many improvements are being done and the interior of the buildings are kept spotless. Jesus is the nicest most wonderful maintenance man and will help you in any way possible. I've lived in many other apartments and this is the nicest in every way ❤️

She has all of the resident's best interest and safety at heart. The people who post these UNTRUE and discussing reviews should actually find out the truth regarding what actions are and have been taken legally to correct any issues. Lauren doesn't deserve to have any horrible lies posted about her! I have lived in other apartment complexes and had other managers who could care less about their residents.....but, I'm soooo very thankful to have Lauren as a manager here. Some of the residents that have lived here for a lengthy period of time all day that Lauren is the best thing that has ever happened here and I and they absolutely love her! So PLEASE disregard any stupid and UNTRUE posts regarding her or this complex 💗

The maintenance man is clean, Sharp, on the ball, friendly and Quickly responds when called.

Big shout out to the management staff and the maintenance department. They are very kind and do a great job. Lauren, thanks again for all your help.
